Order Procedure

here's how to make your order

1. See something you like? Click on the picture for a more detailed viewing with information and measurements available.

2. Check to see if measurements are suitable for your size and if you'd like to make your order click on this button

3. Fill up the order form (include colour in item name whenever neccessary) and click on submit click to order

4. Wait for a confirmation email sent by the shop together with your order details and invoice ( give about 2-3 working days allowance)

5. Check that details are correct and proceed to make payment (see payment options below)

6. After payment has been made, please drop us an email with payment details.

7. Upon confirmation of payment, parcel will be sent out approximately one or two days after payment has been made.

8. Shipping - The label ships locally (singapore) and internationally too!

(a) clothing - approximate cost for one piece only

Singapore (Normal) $1.50
Singapore (Registered) $3.50
International (Registered) : postage cost calculated according to country and weight.

(b) bags

Singapore (Registered) $5.00
International (Registered) : postage cost calculated according to country and weight.

Payment Procedures

there are 3 ways to make payment

(a) ATM Transfer

Go to an ATM and make the bank transfer to POSB Savings Account 170-18442-4 and collect reciept. Take a snapshot of your reciept and email back the picture to us to confirm payment

(b) iBanking Via the internet

make payment to POSB Savings Account 170-18442-4. In email, state your amount and nickname for the bank transfer

(c) Paypal transfer

Using paypal, make payment to account cherrymagazine@gmail.com and email us your email account and name for the paypal account which you are using to make payment with.

Terms and conditions may change from time to time with notice. These changes if made will apply to any subsequent orders received. Happy shopping!

We do not accept returns aside outside of gross misrepresentation. Please check the measurements provided before purchase
It is encouraged that customers use registered mail (especially vintage items). For normal mail, customers will bear the full responsibility of any loss items or delays during delivery. shop.nicolethen is not obliged to make any refunds or replacement of loss items via normal mail.
Payment to be made via ATM Transfer/iBanking to POSB Savings 170-18442-4. You are advised to make payment within 2 days after your order has been made. To be fair to the other customers, we reserve the right to release your ordered items if we do not receive payment on time.
Vintage items are pre-loved and pre-owned! We will try to disclose all imperfections in the description but on occasion small details may be missed.
